- Initial traditional physical therapy evaluations and follow-up physical therapy treatments
- Embodied Physical & Somatic Therapy
- Maintenance services (not reimbursable by insurance) – to maintain your health and results after discharge from PT
- Wellness and Fitness sessions (NeuFit/Neubie for 45 or 60 min)
- Individualized Home Exercise Programs (included in PT, Neubie, and Embodied Physical and Somatic Therapy Sessions)
- Energy Work and Somatic Healing Sessions (can occur remotely or in-person)

The rates for all treatment sessions are as follows:
- Initial Traditional Physical Therapy Evaluation or Neubie Evaluation plus treatment (60 minutes) – $149
- 45-minute follow-up PT or Neubie treatment – $120
- 60-minute follow-up PT or Neubie treatment – $149
- Embodied Physical & Somatic Therapy (60 minutes)- $149
- Energy Work and Somatic Healing (60 minutes)- $149 (in-person or online)
- PEMF Therapy (30 minutes)- $40
- Red Light Therapy (30 minutes)- $30
- Combination PEMF and Red Light Treatment (30 minutes)- $60
Neubie Packages
(Initial Assessment not included; packages expire one year from purchase date)
- Five 45-minute PT/Neubie sessions for $570 ($114 a session)
- Ten 45-minute PT/Neubie sessions for $1100 ($110 a session)
- Five 60-minute PT/Neubie sessions for $710 ($142 a session)
- Ten 60-minute PT/Neubie sessions for $1350 ($135 a session)
Please note that payment is expected at the time of service, and can be made via cash, check (made out to Restorative PT), or via credit, debit card or HSA card.

Please note that I do not file insurance. If you have insurance and wish to file a claim, you MAY get reimbursement depending on your insurance company’s policy. Call your insurance company ahead to ask about their out-of-network physical therapy benefit and to find out if you will need a physician’s referral to qualify for reimbursement.
Why doesn’t Restorative PT participate directly with insurance companies?
Check with your insurance company on their out-of-network physical therapy benefit to find out if you can get reimbursed for your session at Restorative PT. Also, if your appointments are for maintenance or to optimize physical health, reimbursement cannot be sought.
