This is your invitation to continue what you started. If those three exercises lit a spark, this 6-week journey will help you stoke the fire. You’ll have a program laid out for you based on science along with expert guidance and the support of a like-bodied women walking right alongside you.
As I said before, you don’t need perfection.
You need a plan.
And a little support goes a long way.
What You’ll Get
✅ Live Kickoff Week (July 28 – August 1):
We’ll meet live via Zoom 3x this first week (Mon & Wed at 5:30pm ET and Fri at 4:30pm ET) to walk through the foundational exercises together. You’ll learn the moves, ask questions, and build confidence.
✅ Weekly Check-In Calls (Tuesdays @ 5:30PM ET):
Ongoing 45-minute group calls to help you stay on track, make modifications, and get personalized support. Can’t make it live? Replays will be sent right to your inbox.
✅ 3 Workouts per Week (~30 min):
Short, effective strength sessions you can do at home—designed to improve strength, stability, balance, and mobility without overwhelming your schedule.
✅ Soft Tissue + Stretching Support:
Gentle tools to help you release tension, restore flexibility, and recover well.
✅ Private WhatsApp Group:
Stay connected, motivated, and accountable with a supportive group of women just like you. Ask questions, share wins, and feel seen—every step of the way.
This program was made for women navigating perimenopause or post-menopause.

Most exercises can be done using bodyweight or everyday household items. If you do want to invest in basic gear (like dumbbells or bands), I’ll share recommendations.

That’s totally fine. I’ll work with you or offer modifications to help you move safely and confidently.
It's all good! All live Zoom sessions will be recorded and emailed to you. While joining live is ideal for engagement and feedback, you'll still get full access either way.
No special equipment is necessary, as you can do the entire program simply with your own bodyweight or with common household items. If you do have dumbbells or Therabands already, great! If you want to buy something new, I’ll share some optional (affordable) recommendations with links.
While this program was created for perimenopausal and post-menopausal women, you can absolutely still join us. It's a great program targeting different planes of movement, multiple muscle groups, and functional movement patterns. It also includes some balance training, soft tissue rolling, and stretching to optimize stability, mobility, and flexibility as well as strength.
